About Studio
Alternative Fitness opened it's door in the summer of 2007 responding to high demand for real pole fitness in Montreal. Since it's opening, Alternative Fitness has been a leader in the domain by offering intro levels designed for everyone as well as extreme acrobatics level for those who aspire to compete in the international scene!
We are official X-pole resellers. From our poles, to our sessions by our bachelorette parties, we offer THE best prices in Montreal GUARANTEED!!!
We have given over 200 bachelorettes parties this year only and have accumulated a great set of routines to entertain any kind of party!
All our teachers have intense dance training and/or circus training offering the perfect combination for pole dancing.
